Any item under warranty will be repaired and or replaced within 30days of the receipt. |

If an item is returned to NexGenWave and
- is within warranty period for the product and is found to be defective, no charges will be incurred.
- is within warranty period for the product and is found to be non-defective, $100 evaluation fee will be incurred.
- is out of warranty period, $100 evaluation fee plus additional costs for repair will be charged
